So church today was a little bit different... BUT in a great way. For the second and third blocks, instead of Sunday school and Relief Society/Priesthood we had a two hour presentation on the dangers of pornography. All the youth and adults were invited to attend and I'm so glad that this was something that our ward took part in!
The instructor worked in line with 'Fight the New Drug'. A company that is striving to shut down the pornography industry by spreading the facts about the addictive problem.
He had of course altered his presentation to fit within church policy.
I don't know what else to say about it other than it was extremely eye opening and helpful!

On a different note, today was my little mission open house/potluck!
Seeing as I won't be able to have an official farewell here, my family decided to do this for me instead. It was lovely. :)
I was blown away by the support and generosity of everyone who came to say hello!
People brought an assortment of delicious dishes, notes, and hugs. I was able to take pictures with some of my favourite people and enjoy their company for the evening.
I am truly grateful to everyone who attended and made today so memorable!
I love Magrath and I'm going to miss everyone so much.
